How it was made

   The task

   An implant manufacturer needed an engaging video for their website, partner clinics, and conference booths. The challenge was to create a visually compelling piece that clearly communicated the client’s unique competitive edge to both end consumers and distributors.

   The idea

   Since the intricate machining processes of an implant blank are impossible to capture on camera, we integrated a custom 3D CGI sequence. Meanwhile, narrative live-action footage with actors builds suspense and keeps viewers hooked until the very last frame.

   Shooting

   Filming took place both on-site at the manufacturing facility and in the studio. The CGI was meticulously planned in advance during pre-production, with detailed storyboards presented to the client for approval.

4. 4

   3D graphics

   We 3D-modeled the CNC machine and the implant, animating every machining stage alongside the client’s high-tech in-house R&D process. In post-production, editing, color grading, and sound design were all locked into the funky groove of a classic sitcom.
