Consent to personal data processing

My name; the contact I gave (phone, e-mail or Telegram); the project topic and the text of my message; the page of the site I sent the request from.

Along with the request, my IP address and browser details reach the server.

So that the Operator can get back to me about my request, discuss the project, prepare an offer and a contract, and protect the form from spam.

Collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, use, transfer (give access to) the persons named below, block, delete and destroy my data. Processing is carried out both with and without automation.

Persons without whom the site and the receiving of requests cannot work: the Operator’s hosting provider and mail service. The data is passed to them for that purpose only. It is passed to anyone else only with my consent or if the law requires it.

The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until I withdraw it.

I can withdraw the consent by writing to tbro.ink@gmail.com, giving the name and contact from my request. On receiving the withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and deletes the data within the time set by law, unless there is another ground to keep it.

The consent is given by ticking the box “I consent to the processing of my personal data” in the “Discuss a project” form and sending the request. The Operator stores the date and time of sending and the version of this document.
