From the request: your name, a contact (phone, e-mail or Telegram), the project topic, the text of your message and the page of the site the request was sent from. What to write in the message is up to you.

Automatically: IP address, browser and device details, the addresses of pages viewed and actions on the site. They are recorded by the site’s server and by the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service, using cookies.

We do not collect special categories of personal data (health, beliefs, biometrics) and do not ask you to provide them.

To get back to you about your request, discuss the project and prepare an offer and a contract.

To protect the form from spam and keep the site running.

To understand how visitors use the site and make it easier to use.

We process the data from the request with your consent. You give it by ticking the box in the form. The text of the consent: Consent to personal data processing.

Some of the data is needed to negotiate and conclude a contract, if you contacted us for that purpose.

We do not sell data. It is accessed by the Studio’s staff and by services without which the site cannot work: hosting, the mailbox that receives requests and Yandex.Metrica.

Data is passed to public authorities only if the law requires it.

Data from the request is kept while it is needed for the purposes above, or until you withdraw your consent. After that we delete it, unless the law or a contract requires keeping it longer.

Requests that the site took for robot spam are deleted automatically after 30 days.

The site uses cookies and the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service. It recognises a visitor and shows the site owners which pages are viewed and how they are used.

Cookies can be switched off in the browser settings. The site will keep working, but the statistics may be incomplete.

You can find out what data about you we keep, ask us to correct, block or delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time.

To do so, write to tbro.ink@gmail.com, giving the name and contact from your request. We will reply within the time set by law.

If you believe we are violating your rights, you can apply to Roskomnadzor or to a court.

We take organisational and technical measures: the site works over a secure connection (HTTPS), access to requests is password-protected and limited to the Studio’s staff, and the form is protected from spam.

The Studio may update the policy. The current version is always on this page, and its date is shown at the top.
