How it was made

The task
An investor approached us to produce a series pilot adapted from a sci-fi short story.

The idea
We heavily reworked the original plot, infusing classic social sci-fi with the tense atmosphere of a supernatural thriller. The project involved three months of pre-production, a VFX test shoot for CGI integration, 10 days of principal photography, and the creation of a bespoke CGI character.

Filming
We shot on location across Moscow over the summer, delivering the project strictly on time and on budget.

CGI
We designed the character concept and 3D model entirely in-house using Blender, seamlessly compositing it into the live-action plates. The Result: An Official Selection at a Canadian Screen Awards-qualifying film festival.
